Due to the nature of the products, I cannot accept returns and all sales are final. Please make sure you read the listing—if there are multiple sizes available, please make sure you choose the correct option.
If you received the wrong item, please contact me at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to exchange it for the correct item. The correct item will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the incorrect item. A refund will only be issued in cases where there is a difference in the cost of the purchased item and the item that was received.
If the product is defective, you may send it back to be repaired within 14 days of receiving your order. You must have all of the original parts of the product and you will be responsible for shipping costs. Products will be repaired and shipped within 5 days.
