Personal note:

When I made this bracelet initially, it did not contain the black tourmaline. It had such a strong energy that I felt like I was buzzing. I added the black tourmaline as a grounding element, but if you are sensitive to energy, you might feel a little spacey or buzzy while you wear this bracelet! As you get acclimated to the energy, the feeling will lessen, but you can also pair it with a grounding bracelet to balance things out.
